Evan Ashley

Evan Ashley is a Manual Osteopath, a graduate of NAO in Toronto, and holds a BSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. His work began in athletics, kinesiology, and sports psychology, working with University of Ottawa sports teams in gyms and clinics. Over time, his curiosity expanded beyond athletic performance into deeper layers of healing, leading him to explore yoga, breathwork, and a wide range of holistic healing modalities. Through years of working with the body in different ways, Evan developed a deep respect for how interconnected everything truly is. He takes a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing that tension, pain or restriction in one area is often linked to imbalances elsewhere. Rather than chasing symptoms, his focus is on understanding root causes and supporting the body in creating lasting, meaningful change. By bringing the body back into natural alignment, he supports the body’s innate ability to unwind, heal, reduce pain & inflammation, and improve mobility. Evan specializes in back pain, neck pain & hip pain, along with shoulder tension, postural discomfort, and chronic muscle stiffness. His treatments focus on restoring mobility, regulating the nervous system, and supporting deep relaxation and stress relief. He also offers cranio-sacral osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, and gentle emotional release work to help unwind long-held patterns of tension, allowing patients to feel more at ease in their bodies,
