Parksville Wellness Collective is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in the heart of Parksville, BC, serving Qualicum Beach, Nanaimo, Nanoose Bay, and surrounding communities. Built around one idea: that this community deserves access to exceptional health and wellness care all in one place.
Our 2,600+ square foot clinic is home to a growing team of trusted practitioners spanning registered massage therapy, clinical counselling, acupuncture, osteopathy, pelvic floor health, and more. Each one was chosen for their expertise, their values, and the way they treat people.
What makes us different is how we work. Our practitioners collaborate, refer to each other, and stay connected to your care. So whether you’re coming in for one service or several, you’re always in good hands.

Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, Parksville Wellness Collective offers direct billing to most major extended health insurance providers. For a complete list of supported providers and services eligible for billing, please contact our team at 250-954-8206. Our team is dedicated to making your optimal wellness accessible and is here to answer any questions you have along the way.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Parksville Wellness Collective, we understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This policy helps us respect the time and efforts of our wellness professionals and ensures availability for other clients who may need care.
Please note that some of our wellness professionals have unique cancellation policies based on the nature of their services. Clients will be informed of these specific policies during their intake consultation.

Where are you located? Where should I park?
Parksville Wellness Collective is conveniently located at 135 Jensen Ave E, Parksville, BC V9P 2H2, Canada, in the heart of Parksville’s vibrant community. Street parking is available directly in front of the clinic on Jensen Ave and additional parking is available directly behind the clinic.
